ONCE YOU START, IT'S HARD TO STOP

Smoking is hard habit to break because tobacco contains nicotine, which is highly addictive. Like heroin or other addictive drugs, the body and mind quickly become so used to the nicotine in cigarettes that a person needs to have it just to feel normal.
People start smoking for a variety of different reasons. Some think it looks cool. Others start because their family members or friends smoke. Statistics show that about 9 out of 10 tobacco users start before they're 18 years old. Most adults who started smoking in their teens never expected to become addicted. That's why people say it's just so much easier to not start smoking at all.
There are no physical reasons to start smoking. The body doesn't need tobacco. The Right way is, it needs food, water, sleep, and exercise. In fact, many of the chemicals in cigarettes, like nicotine and cyanide, are actually poisons that can kill in high enough doses.
The Body is smart. It goes on the defense when it's being poisoned. For this reason, many people find it takes tries to get started smoking.
Finally, I would like you to forgive my fault if any. I am afraid I cannot find the suitable words how to thank for your full attention. May the almighty give us his blessings for this faithful activities.

Respectable ....
Ladies and gentlemen.
First of all, Let's thank god the Almighty who has been giving us his mercies and blessings until we can attend in the meeting without any trouble and obstacle in this happy place and time.
Secondly, May Shalawat and Salam be with our prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him. Who has guided us from the darkness to the enlightment in the world as well as in the next world.
Thirdly, I'll never forget to thank Mr. Chairman who has given me opportunity to deliver a speech in front of the public.
Standing in front of you all, I would like to present my speech under the title :
"TELEVISION"
Television in moderation, ca be a good thing:
Preschoolers can get help learning the alphabet on public television, grade schoolers can learn about wildlife on nature shows, and parents can keep up with current events on the evening news. No doubt about it - TV can be an excellent educator and entertainer. Kids who view violent event, such as a kidnapping or murder, are also more likely to believer that the world is scary and that something bad will happen to them. Research also indicates that TV consistently reinforces gender-role and racial stereotypes.
